Let's dive deep into your search - What is the culture of your company? Why are you searching to fill the position? What are your expectations for the right candidate? What are your timelines?
We begin each search by utilizing our network of candidates and targeting companies or competitors in the area. When we present a candidate, we will give detailed candidate background. We will also give explanation of why we believe each candidate is the right fit for your position.
We will prep the candidate on your company's interview style and expectations. After each interview, it is our expectation that the candidate follows up with the Recruiter to discuss their interview experience and interest level. We will relay that information to the Hiring Manager. Open communication allows for extending an offer to be simple and successful.
SHO Recruiting will have follow-up conversations with both the your company and the candidate after one week of employment. Other follow-up calls will be make be on the 30th, 60th, and 90th day of employment to ensure longevity and successful placement.
